Position Overview

The Team Leader will recruit and coach real estate agents on the 14 Moves team and increase the profitability of the overall business.

They are calling and meeting with recruits 4 or more hours per day, and coaching existing agents to achieving their goals in real estate sales.

They are the CEO of the business and accountable to revenue, expenses, and profitability.

They maintain a burning desire is to build the most dominant real estate team in their market. They have a need to influence others which they can prove through demonstrating where they have used influence to recruit agents to Keller Williams Realty and/or at their previous companies. They possess a strong desire to hold a position where they lead and influence others.

They embrace succeeding through others, bottom-up leadership, and building a team. They possess a track record of great relationships. They view learning and growth as the foundation of their action plan. They have at least 2-3 years of real estate sales experience and are in the top 5% of their office or a proven track record of leadership/management/recruiting in another industry. They understand basic financial reporting (e.g., P&Ls) and how to use these as tools to make

accurate business decisions. They have extremely high goals and are looking for a vehicle to achieve and succeed.

Pay: $60,000-72,000/Year base, plus performance bonuses up to $30,000+/Year for hitting team performance and profitability metrics
