Franchisee Narrative

This is an opportunity to be a true business owner, in the real estate industry.

Much like owning any other franchise business, such as a Jimmy John’s, Mcdonald’s, or Keller Williams franchise, the 14 Moves franchise opportunity is for those who want to build a big business, and build it quickly.

The franchisee will have previous experience running a business – either their own, or someone else’s, and understands what it takes to run it successfully.

They have extremely high goals and are looking for a vehicle to achieve those goals.

They trust in proven models, systems, and recognize that teaming up with a high performing company like 14 Moves will get them where they want to go faster than if they did everything on their own.

The franchisee will be running their own real estate team, at a brokerage, by recruiting associates and getting them into production.

The franchisee may do the recruiting themselves, or hire a 14 Moves Team Leader to be the CEO of the franchise, and do the recruiting, training, and leading for the business.

The ideal candidate has previous experience in owning or running a real estate team, or in owning or operating a franchise business in another industry.

They are willing to follow the 14 Moves model towards success, and to be accountable to a weekly P&L.

The franchisee understands they are running a true business, and that the business succeeds only when the Associates succeed.

This individual desires to build a saleable business that they can either hold on to for cash flow, or some day sell to a buyer to fund other interests.
